The local inspector that came to approve construction was very impressed with the quality and attention to detail—it is a structure that will last many years. Per our request, he also poured a concrete pad under the deck which is where we keep our dogs when it’s raining. That, too, works perfectly. He also kept to his schedule to start and finish.
