• AJ Construction Inc. is a growing local builder. The owner has been in the building business since the mid 1980s and has been building in the Upstate since 1993.

• Our company goal is to build with quality-Whether we are building a large custom home, a starter home, a small addition, doing some remodeling work, or building a new garage. One thing stays the same. We will do our best to build it with quality and care!

• At AJ Construction we know that each customer is different, and we try to meet the needs of each one on a personal level.
  
  
• Do you have your own sketches for your dream home? We can take them and help you to make that dream a reality.
  
  
• We will build your plan or we can custom design a home for you.
  
  
• Do you have your own lot? Yes, we can build you a home there or we will help you find a lot for your new home.
  
  
• We do remodeling and additions (Simple or custom)
  
  
• Need a new garage built-We will build it.
  
  
• Don’t have time for repairs-Give us a call

WHAT ABOUT AFTER WE FINISH?

• You will have a 1 year warranty for minor repairs and a 7 year structural warranty. (Our goal is that you will never need it)
  
  
• Our customers have complimented us for promptly responding to their punch-list items.
